You can gain up to 20-30 pounds of muscle mass in the first bulking cycle. You can gain up to 30 pounds of muscle mass in the first bulking cycle, bulking up shoulders. This is a fantastic strategy for your first time in muscle building, bulking up weightlifting. First cycle starts at an easy weight that you can add in a few minutes in a variety of ways.
